Travels 2008

The project that I worked on this year was a theme of "Land's End to John o'Groats" with several places in between.
A week spent in Cornwall at Porthleven where we lived in the 1970's enabled us to visit Land's End, The Lizard Peninsula and the St Just area for tin mines.
Other areas included, Bath, Malham Cove, Chesterfield Canal between Worksop and Kiverton.
The longest journey was to John o'Groats, staying at Thurso to photograph the coastal area from Wick along the northern coastline.
